PARTY princess Paris Hilton is $60 million out of pocket after her billionaire grandfather - appalled by her jail term for drink-driving offences - axed her inheritance.

Family patriarch Barron Hilton was already embarrassed by his granddaughter's wild behaviour - notably when her home sex video was leaked on the internet.

But the 79-year-old considered her 23-day sentence last month the last straw.

"He was, and is, extremely embarrassed by how the Hilton name has been sullied by Paris," says Jerry Oppenheimer, who wrote a biography of the clan called House Of Hilton.

"He now doesn't want to leave unearned wealth to his family."

Hilton senior, the only member of the family left with a sizeable stake in the huge hotel chain, has let it be known that he intends to donate to charity the $2.4bn he will gain from this month's sale of the company to private equity firm Blackstone.

The money will go to the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, the charity set up in the name of the founder of the family business.

Rumors that Paris Hilton may be out of pocket when her grandpa passes have been dismissed, according to her rep.

Sydney's Daily Telegraph newspaper reported that Barron Hilton, the last remaining Hilton with a large share in the hotel chain, was so humiliated by Paris' wild ways and drunk-driving charge that he cut her inheritance by $60 million. However, Barron believes he has been misrepresented.

"Barron Hilton (Paris' grandfather) was contacted and said the characterization of his feelings toward Paris or his will are inaccurate," a spokesman for the hotel heiress told FOXNews.com.

While no comment was made regarding whether his will has been changed, Hilton's spokesman said Paris' relationship with her grandfather remains strong.

The elder Hilton's opinion might not matter much to Hilton anyway, because billionaire Barron has always made it known he's giving almost all his fortune to charity, "House of Hilton" author Jerry Oppenheimer told the New York Post.

I wonder if this had any bearing on her statement while she was in prison about finding religion (GOD) in jail. Then Paris is on Larry King Live and yet she couldn't give one scripture that she liked the most. I know why, cause she didn't read the bible a bit more than I read the Koran.

Paris will never really see a hard's day work in her life. The hardest she will have it is maybe crying and pleading for this inheritance back. Which really I don't think she will lose anyway.

(BANG) - Paris Hilton has boasted she earns £100 million a year.

The hotel heiress claims she rakes in the enormous sum from a variety of business ventures, including her own hotel chain, perfume range and personalised merchandise, and by charging massive fees for personal appearances.

She said: "I've made £100 million in the last year, while Jennifer Lopez made £75 million.

"I'm developing my own hotels, casinos and clubs and getting into real estate. It's crazy at such a young age. I'm doing so much."

Paris' inheritance from her family and the Hilton hotel chain is worth around £25 million, while she earns £8 million a year for her role in US TV show "?The Simple Life', in which she stars with friend Nicole Richie.

The 26-year-old socialite's perfume and jewellery collection brought in £1 million each last year, while she collected £10 million for personal appearances.

Paris can charge £50,000 a time just for showing up at her favourite haunts and is once believed to have been paid £673,000 to wave to a crowd in Australia for 20 minutes.

Her book, "?Confessions of an Heiress', and debut pop album, "?Paris', further boosted her earnings, as did a stuffed version of her pet dog Tinkerbell and advertisements for Dream Catcher hair extensions.

She even pockets money from the slogan "That's Hot!" after trademarking her favourite exclamation.

Paris also collects an estimated £2 million a year from the infamous sex tape, "?One Night In Paris', she made with ex-lover Rick Salomon.

The blonde dropped a lawsuit against him in return for half of the profits made from sales.
